Guessing things are still progressing as planned or are they? The above announcement was dated 16th Oct '23.
It's not about digging up the past but rather highlighting company's aspirations and subsequent delays/failures. Trust me - production blah blah and discussions ongoing blah blah blah blah. Trust is at best on very thin ice, at worst broken. Management needs to stop aspirations and expectations - replace with transparency, done deals and revenues. Till then it's been hot air and still is.
It's worth noting to that the above announcement coincided with a $2mill share purchase plan which at the time was pitched at 2.1c:
