My point is if we had actively searched for a suitor at our highs of $1.50 - $1.60 we may have got a premium of 50c - $1 so perhaps as high as $2.50/share.
Unless the DFS and anything further they do gets us a premium to $2.50/share than I would regard it as a failure by management.
Incidently, I agree with you that the T20 provides a blocking stake to any takeover so the T20 really holds all the cards.
