probably SPAC "special purpose acquisition company" style M&A activity I expect for Jaguar Centaurus, given SPAC deal for cobar copper, Santa Rita deal and extension of ACG metals SPAC style arrangement till January... SPAC can include glencore/trader, Tesla/Toyota/OEM, Mining Company/Wyloo/Anglo.... given so much emphasis on strategic partner by end of dec in last 2 announcement and shprice holding after dfs delay... and may be dfs delay to an extent is driven by these conversation who knows, contributing factor may be..have a strong feeling we will have great christmas...
