Originally rang CTM and their statement was you have to go through Advance Share Registry as they handle all that, got the Notice of Exercise emailed to me from Share Registry and sent completed form plus EFT transfer to their account. The amount of shares I wanted to convert have been taken from my CTMOC account but as stated still no CTM shares issued.
