Simply sell out again... you clearly lack the patience to hold this to a mine.
Sell and move on to a company with a BOD that won't disappoint you... I have plenty of faith in CTM's BOD but I'm an investor, not a trader like you seem to be (completely fine to be a trader of course, but you seem to expect rocket ships, and as CTM is not meeting this expectation just move on).
Simply sell out again... you clearly lack the patience to hold...
