there's no hiding from the fact that this mob has underperformed by their own metrics. so much promise from late last year and we end up here. no, its not catastrophic and its ok progress, however there have been a whole lot of stuff-ups along the way and for the money they get for leading a junior, I expected more. they're either not up to it, or they are short in skillset. either way, the NEDs should be all over what the issues are and be getting them fixed unless of course they are not up to the task either

they've got the rest of the year to turn it around with more experience under their belts and hopefully by taking in some objective feedback and getting the right people with the right skills on board - we want them to succeed but they need to listen
