That's very strange assuming your funds were cleared and you have a chess sponsored account. If there is a lot of conversions going on the registry might amalgamate and do in one hit instead of the company making multiple announcements, that's where the completion time can extend toward the 15 days but its unusual. I would be calling the registry and asking why they are not in your account yet.
