It's a fairly bizarre and somewhat unique situation we find ourselves in here folk's.
And what I mean by that is the Company is quite clearly in control and holding ALL the aces right now. So at the present moment and perhaps not to far out into the future ( like say 4 - 6 weeks ) , the Company could be in the most enviable and somewhat unprecedented situation whereby it is sitting on a Trifecta of Company making projects ready to go and with significant third party interest.
In addition to this , the company in it wisdom having completed an opportune capital raising in April , has now in in excess of 800 million near or in the money options .....which if converted and or underwritten by third parties would and could potentially represent a near enough 20% strategic stake in the Company .....all the while increasing the much needed cash reserves going forward to an additional and approximate $10 million.
On the other hand , if it so wished , it could even spin off one if not 2 of these projects into a separate company and in the interest of shareholders bringing a whole new meaning to the expression of ONE + ONE = THREE .....in terms of the sum of the parts VALUATION theories.
O.K ....so usually if not normally or even generally given an obvious situation of this scenario , the Market would be deciding currently with less than one month to go on the OB's ....if the Company and its projects are ' deserving ' or worthy enough in clearly allowing the options to convert and play out within this short period to expiry.
What's intriguing but yet also not unsurprising is the way the SP has .....as part of the process just reached and become seemingly ' stuck ' at the conversion price of .01 cents. From the standpoint of ' not so surprising ' the fact that consolidations around given price points must occur and are not unexpected before new highs can be reached and would obviously go a ways to explaining what we are actually seeing unfold here at the present moment. This would also be evidenced in the time elapsed since the last sells came over the top of the market making offers instead of from on screen.
Given this analysis , it becomes more apparent that once this .01 level is cleared , we should be looking at a quick response to 1.3 -1.5 cents. Either way , the market is indicating if not telling us that it want's the monies from the options........and in this present market one would have to say .......' and why not ' . I must admit , it would be a rather rarer occasion to have been a privileged witness to a company who was able to convert potentially ' back to back ' year over year of between 8 and 12 million dollars on out of the money options and which potentially represent just over 20% of the companies SOI.
Quite astonishing and if it comes off .......nothing short of exceptional and further reinforces in my opinions that we have something quite special here with CTM .....
