I don't want to get to far afield and start talking about Sayona, but because the NAL plant could be in play for Galaxy I think it is important to talk about its capabilities.

It would be difficult for Sayona to take on this project alone, however IQ (investment Quebec) has a say in this and they already have 110M sunk into the project at NAL. With "New Nemaska", they put in 300M and then allowed Livent to buy in ... this could free up additional monies to fund other projects. Quebec is pumping billions into the "Battery Hub" infrastructure so it would not be out of the question for them to fund a portion of the deal and then look for additional interest like Galaxy to allow them to pull their money and fund the next piece down the line.
