Cattlin was a very old kind of setup by today's standards, it will have newer elements of Cattlin plant design, but be a lot more modern I would think.
It will be mainly around production capability, efficiency is always good, but probably not the main focus anymore.
It will also require a lot of investment first... that capital has to come from somewhere, but GXY have a track record of delivery now.
