James Dack appears has at least made the following investments with his Sunshine Group Investments in:

1. CVN - appeared to buy at 8.2 cents 4/10/12 capital raising, held 12M at 27/8/14 and appeared not in Top 20 by the 2015 annual report. Share price took off in Sept 2014, reach high of 30 cents during week ending 5/9/14 with range of 24 to 3o cents, with volume of 138M, before falling back ever since.

2. SPL - probably bought at 65 cent 22/9/14 capital raising in 2013, had at least 4.1M shares in 2015, reduced to 3.5M in 2016 and 2.4M in 2017 and not on the top 20 for 2018

3. EX1 - appear to buy into IPO 14/12/18 700,000 shares and was not in the 26 August 2019 Top 20 in the 1st annual report

4. NYR - another IPO top 20 - 14/1/20 1,500,000 shares. NYR had volume of trading of 21M shares on 6/7/20, after an excellent P & D announcement

i am still struggling to understand why MNS would pay Mr Dack 20,000,000 shares
