It may look that way but that is not the problem MNS has. The problem is there is no way in the world they can raise the sort of capital to build a LIB plant in NY , Australia or anywhere else. If Dacks could raise that kind of money we would know it by now. Dacks is the clear winner here. He probably thinks fools like this only come along once in a lifetime.
