    I agree with all what you say - and that's where the CEO has to step up and promote what and how the company is progressing
    CMX - its employees and $backers have clear incentives to see this company north of 40, 60, 80 cents due bonus option/ targets set by CMX as well as the funds that these options if/when exercised will bring to the company....
