I think the investment in educational content has been very wise. They have bought years of invested intellectual property with experienced people to back up the content on their software platform/s. This gives them a lot of depth and makes it very hard for others to compete or enter their markets. They are not just a software company: they have a very high level of experience in education. Much, much more than just a tech company.

investment in fixed costs has been timely and whilst I agree that the new sales and senior team need to prove themselves I see a very well structured platform for growth.
