Thanks for the thoughts, it's always good to think critically and independently.
The counter to this would be that both Australia (Mar 2021) and UK (May 2021) PBTS NSP partnerships have been active for less than a year. They have also been significant periods of school shutdowns in all three NSP markets during the half which would have made sales difficult.
Sales and Marketing was identified as an area that was significantly under-resourced. When the current CEO came on board, there was only 1 marketer that was working on PBTS on a part time basis. So they're in the process of beefing up this area and spending ahead of the curve.
