I agree with all your points about Janison, madamswer, and also bought in for the first time a few days ago. To add to your reasons for buying:

I like the fact that Janison has recently reinvented itself, moving from a primarily project based business to a product based business, which is highly scalable with recurring revenues and growing margins as sales increase. They seem to be winning some great new work including with some very prominent partners. I also like that the market is still pricing it under its old model, and not in accordance with its new model. This happens all the time with very small companies such as this, as they get very little analyst or media attention. Great for those who get in early.
