No, the evidence gathered so far is not high quality. It is not clear the cells work. As simple as that.
Why not try and prove it? I think we all know why. It's too late now. Si should've done it when the FDA asked in 2020. Now the coffers are drying up, can MSB even raise enough at these share prices to repay their debts and keep the lights on if oaktree starts getting nervous?
Let alone pay for another trial?
I would be very nervous holding. You have a much higher risk tolerance than most I'd say.
