This company really should be a privately owned company, or a division within the DoE, with a skeleton crew of programmers, and maybe 1-2 mid-level managers. Announcements such as this partnership show a limited growth market within Australia, so no real justification for the massive overheads or an ASX listing.
Other countries have developed these capabilities in house years ago - Australia's state governments have simply been too slow and stupid to do the same, giving an opening to JAN. The time is limited before that gap is closed.
