kirtap,  IMO we are in the orphan period, we have proven resources e.g. Kalman deposit which are world class i.e. copper, molybdenum and Rhenium on hold until the world prices for these raw materials rise.  We have joint ventures with reputable companies because again IMO we can't do it all on such a large land holding but need to keep the exploration active and managed. HMX has been selectively adding to holdings to during the downturn.  A while back now ( a couple of years) they raised and attracted new blood at multiples of what the price is now.  That speaks volumes for value at these prices with the value in the ground and increasing demand for copper for EV's.  Silver, and molybdenum will also be big payers in that market and Kalman has it all.  So I would say we are in the orphan period which is an opportunity.  Cobalt and gold will draw attention when further results are in.  Let's hope another major discovery  presents as there are many targets in the pipeline.
