Lol, 'very soon' in TER time can be anywhere from tomorrow to next year. I'll stick with EOFY, as if its not done by then we're in deep doodoo.
I can remember the discussion around refinance at this time last year, and it didn't end well. Different space this time, but interest rates are rising across the board, Northern hemisphere will exit they're winter and coal is still on the nose with banks, so they need to look it down asap. I keep my sentiment at 'hold' - for now.
