i seen this strategy at play before,
NMT had 13% of mount Marion lithium project they offloaded to gangfeng and mineral resources for the price of 100 million dollars
since then they have been working on JV in germany,india ...
the share price had a decent rise, i bought back when it was trading 15-20 cent range.... and check out the share price now
ZNC is doing something similar
