I think the negatives that are effecting the price are;
- external env - interest rate rises and Ukraine. (Cant do anything about these).
- weak director appointed. (own goal).
- George no longer a substantial holder.
- SevenWest deal gave away precious equity for some TV ads. (own goal).
- stumble on the Dec active users. (probably no big deal).
- Thinly traded. Anyone trying to leave crashes the price.
- SuperEstate shares coming out of escrow. If he starts selling... omg.
On the upside - it's a consistently growing business, loved by its customers and about to become profitable. Crazy cheap value. It must be a takeover target at these levels. CBA should take a look.
