I listened to it as well, their answer to the NTA share price gap was pretty weak to me. Basically they said well we will keep investing and paying dividends till the discount closes. The last few questions were not really substantial. They also noted that future dividends may not be fully franked.
So be forewarned. I hold it for the dividend stream as part of my portfolio.
