Picture this, you are the MD of a company with a product. You have some relationships with bigger coys that can assist bring said product to market. You are also invited to present what you are working on at a partner conference with your peers. Of course you would book meetings with the contacts you have.
A new Big Pharma sees what you are doing and wants to discuss. Do you knock them back? Of course not.
I would hardly call this aggressive behaviour. 1AD has stated they seek a partner. So Tim is doing his job for SHs. If you dont like it why are you invested here?
A deal is never done until contracts are signed. So talk to everyone until its done.
