re: Ann: January Company Update as WA Drill T... PickmeAMonkey - Yes, some of these US based finance facilities can be a disaster if not managed properly. My understanding is that many of these facilities allow companies to drawdown payments based on volume traded and share price. If these facilities are managed correctly they can be great for a company which is trading well and needs access to immediate funding for cash flow. There are some that have exit payments etc, however now that the market for this type of facility has become more competitive, many have no sign on costs, no exit fees and reasonable capital raising fees...
