I can't recall in the prospectus, what was said about changing the battery pack, and how it is expected impact operations during swap over.
This might take some time.
As well as developing the new battery pack, there other factors to consider:
Weight changes affect braking characteristics, requiring new brake testing.
Changes for the box, wiring, BMS (battery management system)
What is the compatibility of the new battery pack with the existing fleet's fitted box and chassis?
