Just one thing I’m not understanding is the Dividends, last interim dividend was $US0.36 or 48c AUS, so not sure how they get 189.72c for the full year FY18 and so on. Or am I reading it wrong. My broker had $60 on these 12 months ago so was way off the mark. I would be very happy with $50 in 12 months time!!
They pay quarterly, so 4x48c = 192c.
I really do believe the current price is a steal.
I think we will see some mean reversion in portfolio performance with major potential upside if things can really turn around. This is being unduly priced for a mass exodus.. Strong long term hold.
