Why would us as shareholders expect to get intimate details of these aspects of their pregnancy/birth.
I also wouldn't expect the company to track the course of the pregnancy and give announcements - I do recall them saying that the device had been used for fertilisation, maybe 9 months ago? TBH I don't remember the details.
Live birth is a standard way of describing a live birth. Doesn't mean there were still births or miscarriages.
It is odd to get both announcements at the same time. Maybe happy coincidence? Or maybe they're trying to milk the market for an upcoming cap raise (to tie in your other point). Because we will be needing one again soon.
We will likely need a few more raises before we get major partners interested - I suspect best case scenario is some evidence of success and growth in sales, then a buyout by Monash or something. But who knows, it's a long way to go til that's on the table.
And moving manufacturing to India sounds ridiculous, I agree. But maybe it's a clever way to circumvent Indian regulations - and manufacturing there must be cheaper, right? That's well outside of my area of expertise.
