    Never ceases to amaze me what the up rampers say on here.
    Of course you need someone to help finance this project.
    You think the govt will give you 3 or 4 billion? Or part there of?
    With a market cap of about 80Mill what collateral can they stump up to get 3 bill minimummm
    They need help simple as that.
