not the best news but also not the worst
it shows part not interested but the other parts are it also may be a response now the US subsidy announcements and the requirement for all partners wont be needed
I cant remember the original release but in the early days there was a comment from Japan about not pricing in the US subsidy at that time because of uncertainty
