Totally agree with You Clocksmurf. They have been in negotiations over a year now. Elementary JV terms were agreed already in the beginning. Otherwise they wouldn't had moved on with project. It's not like everybody comes to understanding by the end of Q1 that JV doesnt work out, they couldnt agree on terms and throw 1.5 years work, travels, meetings and documents into bin. Like I've mentioned before, I have a feeling that consortium has more JV projects coming with Ardea and Mitsubishi will benefit from take off rights and long term, secure nickel, cobalt, REE supply.Technical side. I'll try to throw some price action overview here sometimes but will stop if its not even near correct calls.On thursday, 22 feb we hit 0.5$, couldn't break out and got rejected by upper bollinger band. On friday, 23 feb, we traded lower than 0.5$ and couldn't break above 100 day MA, got rejected. Thus, price action is still bearish, we are trading under 200 day and 100 day moving average. Recent rejections have pushed price significantly lower. If we won't get any news tomorrow, we could hit resistance and daily low 0.395 - 0.4$
