What a strange post?? - Genner has put pen to, NOTHING of the sort .... Let alone a 'deal'. He announced a consensus that's all. When are you going to understand that?? Nothing more that an agreement to proceed further. No more, no less!! - There IS no deal for BQT ...As yet !! - Irt has still to be signed.

NOT at all. LOOK announced that THEY had signed TWO deals, actually. (I see at least THREE, [maybe], in my research). And three 'exciting' ventures they are in what will prove to be, (IMO) a "paradigm shift", in "how the ADS revenue dollar was won", in what is going to 'hit' the world of search. I can't wait to see it unfold.
(Paradigm shifts occur from time to time in business as well as in science. And as with scientific revolutions, they are often hard fought, and the ideas underlying them not widely accepted until long after they were first introduced. What's more, they often have implications that go far beyond the insights of their creators).
Brush up on your research on what is going on in search, is my advice .... You "are" a couple of years behind in this sector, I'm afraid.
That Hills has not announced was at the request of the "Licensee" partner, who had other 'unfinished business' to complete, that was announced as finalised, only yesterday.
