I assumed he was talking about them having a holding pattern with development until nickel recovered. I don't believe they would do that, they are incentivized for this to get into production ASAP.

If anything binding is announced regarding the SP, it will shoot up and probs be $2+ for all the reasons discussed, but then settle and be chill for a while as further catalysts like the ones I outlined a few posts above take time to eventuate. But I see the market giving a big risk-off premium to what would normally make people nervous about projects like this just because of who's involved.
