This paragraph from the last quarterly probably best answers your question. We may not need it and it appears it would not be a problem if we do.
Certainly be great if we don’t, save some time and money and EPA approval is always a major stepping stone when it comes to getting finance and off take agreements etc. Be a significant advancement.
