Good morning, I hope everyone is well and waiting for the news that should make all of our lives so much better. The price is going up quicker than I can find more money to grab more before it is multiples of where it has been for so long now.

I have one question if one of you wouldn't mind clearing it up for me, it's a simple one that I just can't grasp at the moment and the answer is probably simpler than I am

I hear and read that the payback for the JV is stated at around  Project payback within 3.1 years
If so why are we giving away so much of our KNP? Even if the payback is split between the partners, giving up to 50% of the KNP seems excessive to me for approx 3-4 billion.
A simple answer is all I am after, it just seems excessive, even if they buy from the JV they still get a discount being a partner buying nickel, cobalt etc when we are operational.
I may be dumb and am missing something major, but not too dumb to be a shareholder, Cheers.
