A very simple answer is we need 50 million odd for DFS, now yesterday that was approximately half our market cap.

So we issue shares to give them a 50% stake and raise 50 million or we issue shares on market etc to raise 50 million to fund DFS dilution either way.

Difference is we benefit from there expertise and market presence going forward.

Of course we could go it alone, just less messing around and perhaps less dilution in the end.

We haven't seen the final breakdown I'm hoping for 40% to the JV and then there is the offtake agreements and how that fits in.
