When the agreement is signed, ARL must immediately disclose via the ASX because the information is no longer commercially confidential and has become market sensitive.
Failure to do so is in breach of the continuous disclosure rules and may lead to penalties against ARL and the BOD.
May also lead to poor corporate image in the eyes of professionally run companies like the JC and potential Japanese financiers.
LT shs wouldn’t want that to occur, I believe.
