In answer to your question, there are a few considerations.
We know that there is gold at the bottom of the pits, this has been identified but the drilling for this would be expensive.
I believe that they are indicating additional drilling in the MINED pits to identify and quantify the extent of gold in the pits below the nickel ore body prior to rehabilitation.
Depending on what they find it could be RC or diamond drilling
