Because ARL is seen as risky. We are the contrarians for seeing the potential here. I say this as a super bull who is very excited for the future.
I believe the market has a low appetite for risk and the SP reflects this. Because they don't have the balls to make this trade, they will have to settle for lower gains later on after this is substantially de-risked.
Conversely, we assume a far higher level of risk at this stage of the Lassonde curve and this is why our potential returns are far crazier.
