I went back through the announcement and there is no reference to any restrictions on the 81.8 million shares issued to Brand Capital International. I would have hoped that TD1 would have secured some form of agreement that BCI not be able to sell their shares for a length of time. This poses some risk short term to the share price once they are issued.
Also, I do not fully understand the USD$2million investment. Is all this to be used for advertising credits or can some of it be used for operational expenses?
