The Japanese see good value in Lynas at these levels. Another $200M for the balance sheet. I am a little bit annoyed at the dilution at these lower levels. But without JARE there would be no Lynas.
I do feel the company needs to make a further announcement about what their intention is with this money. We already have a billion dollars cash, a 400M undrawn line of credit with JARE, and for the moment are banking 100M approx per quarter from operations. So why are they taking this money?
I note the new addition of Tb and Dy to the supply agreement. Does this mean the money is for Texas and they are ready to push ahead with a heavy separation facility??
Doesn't solve the immediate licence issue in Malaysia so guessing no immediate re rate for the share price tomorrow.
