To load pic's you / I down load photo's from my mobile to my desktop. After clicking on the Upload a File button which is just below this area that you are reading now. Simply left mouse click on the pic and hold while dragging it to this area here where you are reading now. Then just below this area here you will see a Thumbnail button with the pic you dragged over, click on that and the pic will come up here. You will have to move your browser screen a tad so you can left click drag and drop on here.
