One can’t argue with your sentiments & those of others. However I don’t necessarily see how a prevailing SP impacts any borrowing covenants & legal disputes. IMO the ability to service the debt is the only thing of importance. That will be driven by cash on hand, ongoing positive cashflow, booked revenue & profit etc etc. SP is somewhat irrelevant to the ongoing existence of the company but of course is key to a take over. That said a Chinese takeover may not be the flavour of the month (or approved) presently. Interesting times for all.
