It is disgusting but all would be ok if management reported that Topwei Two Pty Ltd's $5m loan has now been repaid in full
If not, JAT runs into insolvency, VA, and Topwei take control through a DOCA arrangement and your shares get transferred for $NIL consideration into Chinese hands
I would not be seen dead holding come 3 Sept 2021, if management don't confirm Topwei's loan has been repaid in full!
