All will be revealed when the report is released. I think this will likely be after close of play 31/8 as this is generally what marginal company’s do. The directors report & auditors report will be dated as late as possible- possibly 30th or 31st. Loan repayment or absence of will manifest itself as a “post balance day event” & or the “going concern” note. Specific ASX Ann of the loan repayment itself would not be required as its part of a company’s normal operating activities.
