they had 2 Topwei loans, one @ 20% per annum and one slightly less. From Brett's comments previously, they repaid the cheaper debt not the 20% debt out of the raise. Reason was that the more expensive one will just get rolled over if i understood right. So no, there will not be default. Why would the lender call their funds when they're getting 20% per annum lol
