You are correct. The last activity report showed that the June capital raising repaid a 4.7m loan. The residual loan of 5m is the unsecured one repayable on 3/9. The July capital raising had nothing to do with loan repayment. It will probably be kicked down the road for another 12mths as you say. Wouldn’t a dilutitive debt for equity swap send the SH bonkers?
