So it's like someone maxing out their credit card and then deciding "hmmm.. I'm going to get another credit card and use the available credit to pay off part or all of the first credit card..." This is a DEBT TRAP. If a person who had sufficient funds in the bank, they would PAY OFF A CREDIT CARD before buying their next property (acquisition in business terms)... So why is JAT not doing that? If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's cause it is.
