US markets are risk on, but the rest of the world equity markets are mostly risk off atm
ASX bottom end has been decimated last 24 months, as is the Russell 2000 lagging the major indices significantly
This announcement is great but alot of traders will prefer to stay on sidelines and wait for numbers to start to track potential, will be plenty of upside still
The open may also be slightly on the slow side as US markets dont open till tomorrow (being Martin Luther King Jr day) and alot of traders would be making it a long weekend
