    Because there are no guarantees of any particular volume of business, and no binding expectations as to what each side will do for the other. It's a "wait and see" type of arrangement.

    All the same, it's a fantastic announcement. If JAT has the products to sell and Sinopharm has the sales channels, what do you think is going to happen over the next 12 months?

    Particularly encouraging is the size of Sinopharm ... "the largest Chinese medical and healthcare group directly managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC). It ranks 194th in Fortune’s 2018 Global 500 and is the sixth biggest pharmaceutical company on the list with annual revenue in 2017 of US$51.8 billion" and the fact that JAT is now doing business with the big guys. Nothing to sneer at here.

    I'd love to know what JAT products are likely to be supplied to China via this "medical and healthcare group". Is JAT another BKL in the making? DYOR!
